Light moves gently between inside and outside, shaping the farmhouse’s cave-like spaces and the open, green landscape as one continuous experience.

Subtle shifts in CCT and high-CRI illumination allow stone, foliage, and form to breathe after dusk. The result is a calm, immersive environment where lush greens glow naturally and architecture reveals itself slowly, almost playfully.

Light is composed to highlight artwork, enhance material richness, and extend the experience seamlessly outdoors—creating an environment that feels expressive, indulgent, and thoughtfully restrained.

Close to our heart, this project reflects our belief that light is not an afterthought, but a quiet narrator—shaping luxury with subtlety, precision, and lasting emotional depth.

Pent House, Camelias Gurgoaon

This duplex penthouse is conceived as a layered canvas of light, material, and emotion. A corten steel wall becomes a moving backdrop through dynamic, dancing illumination, while fibre-optic “shooting stars” introduce moments of wonder across select spaces.

From the home theatre and play areas to expansive bedrooms, lighting drama is carefully composed—never overpowering, always intentional.

 

Designed for a three-generation family, the focus remains on comfort and personalisation, reflecting the belief that every client is different and every home must respond sensitively to its end users.

Built on trust, open communication, and shared experience, the lighting design for the Residence evolved with remarkable clarity. A restrained palette of high-CRI, trimless fixtures reflects a philosophy of less in quantity, higher in quality.

 

From landscape to interiors, and through a fully automated basement, light is precise, seamless, and intentional. Working with a client deeply knowledgeable about materials and art made the process both collaborative and deeply rewarding.

Wriver , Behrampur

Designed at a monumental retail scale, Wriver translates a globally renowned furniture brand’s commitment to quality into an immersive, home-like experience. The lighting challenge was to soften retail into comfort—achieved through a highly flexible system that adapts to varied displays and moods.

 

Across three floors, each zone offers a distinct spatial experience, carefully shaped through layered cove lighting, curtain-integrated illumination, controlled window daylight, and calibrated display lighting. Outdoor areas extend the narrative with a natural-light-inspired concept using backlit fabric panels, creating expansive, luminous volumes that invite exploration and engagement.

Hybec, Sultanpur

Conceived as a journey through light, the Hybec Lighting Store showcases innovation across carefully curated zones. Each area is designed to demonstrate products through experience rather than display—revealing their effects, applications, and design intent in real settings.

From intimate room-scale environments to retail, bathroom, and office scenarios, luminaires of varying forms and diameters are explored in context. The lighting showroom, designed by L&L, allows light to be seen, felt, and understood—transforming products into lived experiences.

Residence, Shantiniketan

Location: New Delhi

Located in the heart of Delhi, this Shantiniketan residence is defined by spatial drama and precision. A double-height basement anchored by a textured stone wall sets the tone, while the façade comes alive through dynamic pixel-controlled lighting, creating a wave-like motion across the parametric surface.

Inside, carefully calibrated lighting shapes bedrooms, washrooms, office spaces, lobby, kitchen, and terrace with equal sensitivity. Vertical wall highlights and a sculptural curved staircase are illuminated with exacting control, making light an integral architectural element and rendering the project unmistakably unique.

Apartment, Camelias Gurgaon

Location: Gurgaon

Designed with clean lines and crisp detailing, the Camelias Apartment is shaped around deeply personal spaces. Generous balconies extend the home outward, while interiors respond sensitively to a three-generation family— children, parents, and a grandmother—each with distinct needs.

The lighting design addresses these layered requirements with care, from dresser areas to washrooms, achieving comfort, clarity, and ease through a thoughtful understanding of the end user.

Defined by sculptural corten fin façades rising across three storeys, this project offered a rich canvas for light to perform at multiple levels.

 

Open spaces flow into a double-height living room and informal sitting areas, while passages are energized with carefully composed lighting rhythms. A curved staircase wrapped in glass becomes a moment of quiet drama, illuminated across floors, ceilings, and walls.

 

Extensive coordination and on-site demos shaped the final experience—making this project not just visually compelling, but deeply rewarding for us as lighting designers.

ID Design Platform – Wriver

Conceived as a collaborative platform, ID Design brings together brands, architects, designers, clients, and artists under one expressive umbrella. Designing the lighting for Wriver became an opportunity to articulate both the brand’s identity and L&L’s lighting philosophy—creating something distinctive, unexpected, and uncompromising.


Across a two-floor exhibition format, light was used to shape presence, elevate the brand, and transform display into experience. This unique approach fostered a long-term collaboration, with the client continuing to entrust us across projects—affirming a shared vision built on innovation, trust, and consistency.

Our vision was rooted in understanding the purpose and spirit of the home, translating that story into light. Each space reveals a sense of wonder, while the façade becomes a moment of pause—drawing passersby to stop, look, and experience the house even before stepping inside.

The lighting design for the clubhouses within the M3M Antalya residential campus is guided by restraint and sensitivity. Subtle illumination and softly lit surfaces ensure a vibrant yet peaceful atmosphere that does not disturb neighbouring residences.

 

The concept relies primarily on indirect lighting, with interior light carefully composed to glow outward, shaping the clubs as welcoming social spaces while maintaining visual comfort and harmony across the campus.

The Kapeshera Farmhouse, designed by Modus Design (Ms. Pinky Pandit) with landscaping by Anjali Kulkarni, features three mirrored buildings set within a vast landscape.

 

The lighting concept emphasizes minimal, elegant facade illumination combined with indirect, uniform landscape lighting that highlights pathways, lawns, and artworks.

 

Carefully layered ambient, accent, and scenic effects create a luxurious, immersive experience, with high-end fittings and inbuilt accessories ensuring seamless integration, subtle drama, and a refined, curated atmosphere throughout the property.

32nd Avenue

The lighting design for the 32nd Venue is driven by the desire to merge organic biophilic architecture with a high-end, immersive nighttime experience.

Step into a space where nature and architecture meet under the cover of night. The Rachi Farm project is a masterclass in using light to sculpt outdoor spaces, transforming a natural environment into an immersive, high-end experience.

 

This design captures exactly how thoughtful, architectural lighting can elevate natural aesthetics, turning an evening at the farm into a visually captivating journey.This is a masterclass in moody, decorative lighting. The pendants aren't just lighting the space; they are projecting intricate shadow patterns and light caustics onto the mosaic tile walls.

 

It transforms a standard vanity into a visually captivating, textured environment with a very warm, golden hue.

Villa, Sohna Road

Villa features a spacious garden on one side and a dramatic entrance through a pergola, adorned with hanging art pieces that illuminate the nameplate, creating a timeless signature feature.

 

The lighting concept blends subtle facade illumination, layered ambient and accent lighting, and focused highlights on architectural elements, artwork, and landscape, enhancing the villa’s elegance and ensuring a luxurious, immersive experience that remains striking even a decade later.

High Street, 3Roads, Sohna

Conceived as a neighbourhood-friendly high street destination, the lighting design for this development brings together façade, landscape, and shared social spaces. Custom-designed and tailored luminaires were developed to suit the project’s scale and character.

The façade lighting employs differentiated CCTs to clearly articulate the commercial massing while adding visual depth and identity. Together with thoughtfully lit common areas, the design creates a welcoming environment—inviting neighbours to gather, linger, and enjoy the space well into the evening.

Innovation was driven by the architectural and interior language, resulting in a layered lighting approach that integrates ambient, accent, and decorative elements seamlessly. Thoughtfully selected decorative luminaires add character and identity, allowing the project to stand out gracefully within one of Delhi’s most prestigious locations.

Initially, the client was uncertain about investing in lighting design, never imagining light as a subject in itself.

 

Through detailed discussions and shared understanding, this perception transformed into clarity and conviction. As the project evolved, lighting became a defining layer—introducing drama across the expansive open courtyard and the 25-foot-high living space.

 

From façade and landscape to interiors, light was carefully composed to shape scale, mood, and experience.

 

The project concluded with a deeply satisfied client, and a space where light now speaks as powerfully as architecture.

 

Qube Retail Ghitorni

Designed with complete flexibility at its core, the lighting strategy for this furniture brand was developed to respond precisely to changing displays and evolving collections.

Custom luminaires were engineered with accurate beam angles, calibrated CCTs, high CRI values, and defined budget parameters. The space was composed through a clear hierarchy of perception—guiding the eye from form to finish, from overall presence to fine detailing.

Light becomes a tool to celebrate craftsmanship, material honesty, and design intent, allowing each piece to be experienced with clarity, depth, and respect.

At the beginning of our journey into lighting, this office became a space of exploration and intent. Designed for designer luminaires and well-balanced lux levels, the lighting reflects a playful engagement with light through creativity, custom design, and experimentation.

Closely aligned with the interior designer’s thought process, the lighting was developed as an extension of design thinking—making the workspace both functional and inspiring, and setting the foundation for how we continue to approach light today.

Lighting approach is conceived with precision, restraint, and seamless integration to complement its modern, clean architectural language.

 

The design emphasizes trimless, high-quality fixtures that disappear into the built form, allowing light to define space rather than the luminaires themselves. Layered lighting—comprising soft ambient illumination, sharp architectural accents, and subtle landscape highlights—enhances the home’s biophilic character, gently connecting interiors with verdant terraces and open views.

 

Special attention is given to cantilevered elements, double-height volumes, and expansive glass facades, where light is used to create depth, rhythm, and visual continuity.

 

The result is a timeless, refined environment where lighting elevates both spatial experience and materiality while maintaining a sense of calm luxury.
