PHASE I ~ Concept Design
This phase establishes the creative foundation of the lighting design. The project vision is translated into an overall lighting concept using mood boards, reference imagery, and conceptual renders.
It defines the lighting mood, visual hierarchy, and design intent aligned with architecture and interiors.

PHASE II ~ Design Development
The approved concept is developed into a functional lighting scheme. Detailed lighting layouts, working drawings, circuiting, looping, and budget alignment are prepared.
This phase ensures seamless coordination between lighting, electricals, and automation systems for effective execution.

PHASE III ~ Documentation
Comprehensive technical documentation is issued for procurement and construction.
This includes luminaire schedules detailing lamp type, lumen output, CRI, optics, distribution, finishes, IP ratings, control strategies, and complete product specification sheets for all design areas.

PHASE IV ~ Execution & Installation Support
Lighting concepts are implemented on site through mock-ups, product demonstrations, quality testing, and physical inspections. Coordination with PMC, contractors, and other agencies ensures correct installation, system integration, and adherence to design intent and technical standards.

PHASE V ~ Focusing, Commissioning & Handover
Final aiming, focusing, and scene setting are carried out to achieve the intended ambience and performance. Lighting controls are commissioned, and systems are tested.
As-built drawings, final specifications, and operational guidance are handed over to ensure smooth operation and long-term performance.
